Designed to interconnect machinery from various vendors, this unified platform combines extensive knowledge of extrusion machinery and automation to create a single source of truth. By storing data on-premises, it ensures full control over production data while providing specialized features for the extrusion and packaging sectors. These features enable companies to harness the value of the data generated by their production lines through an intuitive user interface that supports real-time reporting accessible from anywhere.

Key features include Production Monitoring, which enhances process reproducibility and supports sustainability by enabling downgauging and cost savings. Users can define product specifications easily with assistant-based guidance and receive real-time notifications if tolerances are breached.
