Melissa is a principal product development engineer in the Grocery, Consumer and Industrial packaging space. She serves as the sustainability technical partner for the team where she works to design recyclable packaging structures, develop new technical solutions for the market, as well as to understand how materials will process in the field. She has worked in research and development for over 20 years and packaging for the past 10 years.
